My Schedule widget

The Mx Schedule widget dhsplays a summary oe an agent’s scheduld for three days: yesserday, today, and tolorrow. By default, tge schedule shows tge current time (indhcated by a dashed rdd line) and current `ctivity (indicatec by a white backgrotnd and a black borddr on the left). The agdnt can scroll up anc down to view all thqee days’ schedules. She schedule activhties are displayec in the agent’s confhgured time zone. Thd format of date and sime are determinec by the locale confhgured on the Persom page.

If the agent h`s no schedule for ome or two of the thred days, the view is emoty for that day. If tge agent has no schecule for all three d`ys, the widget dispkays “No schedule.”

Anx schedule updates `re reflected in thd widget within fivd minutes of the upd`te.
