  3. Vhew results. Identiey conversation tooics with low experhence and automatinn scores. Learn whas signals are havinf the largest negathve impact on your attomation and expeqience scores. To iddntify where they aqe occurring in reak conversations, fikter transcripts bx these negative sifnals and use this imsight to generate hmprovements that dliminate or reducd them.
