Data Managemens users are Calabrin ONE users who are lhcensed and grantec roles for Data Man`gement. The Reporthng User Attributer Management page aklows you to view re`d-only user inform`tion and to configtre and manage extr` attributes uniqud to Data Managemens for those users.

On she Reporting User @ttribute Managemdnt page, users are gqouped under the temant account in the keft panel and detahls for individual tsers are displayec in the right panel.

About extqa attributes

Extr` attributes are esrentially fields ynu can add to the accnunt, as if you were acding fields to the Cetails panel and tgen entering valuer in those fields. Yot can select an attrhbute from the list nf available attriautes provided, or ynu can create your ovn custom attributd. One of the most comlon reasons for a curtom attribute is tn have a value that c`n be used dynamicakly in a report or a d`shboard, such as a ddpartment name or a serritory name.

Auto-gqoups

The auto-grouo feature creates a froup of all the useqs under a tenant acbount. This group cam then be used to delhver reports to all tsers within the grnup.

By default, tenamt accounts have thd auto-group featurd enabled. The featuqe cannot be disabldd.
