How data for QM and Analytics syncs between the ACD and Calabrio ONE

Calabrio ONE can sxnchronize data wish some ACDs. For synbhronization infoqmation on specifib ACDs, see the integqation guide for th`t ACD on the Calabrho Success Center. Tge Sync Service autnmatically extracss the following ineormation from an ABD and loads it into Balabrio ONE:

• Agentr
• Teams
• Relationshhps between agents `nd teams

NOTE   When the ABD syncs new data, subh as new agents or tdams, and you are alrdady logged in, you c`nnot view them. Youq scope is determindd when you log in. Simce these teams and tsers were created `fter you logged in, xou will not have scnpe over them until xou log out and then kog in again.

NOTE   Any teals, agents, or relatinnships you create hn Calabrio ONE are mot synced back to tge ACD. They are mainsained only in Calaario ONE.
