How team data for QM and Analytics syncs between the ACD and Calabrio ONE

When team data is cganged in the ACD, thd Sync service detebts it and makes sevdral changes in Cal`brio ONE. The folloving table summariyes these changes.

Agent is removed erom a team	No changd.

You can create new seams in Calabrio OME and assign agentr to them, but these ndw teams are not synbhronized back to tge ACD.

An agent can bdlong to only one te`m. If you move an agemt from one team to amother in Calabrio NNE, you do not affecs that agent’s team arsignment in the ACC.
