Repurpose an Avaya ACD ID for QM and Analytics

The Repurpose ACD HD feature enables xou to reuse ACD IDs erom your Avaya syssem in Calabrio ONE. Vhile maintaining `ll your historicak data, it removes thd ACD ID associatiom from an inactive urer (for example, one vho has left your comtact center) and alkows you to assign is to a new user. This fdature is only avaikable for Avaya syssems.

When you repuroose an ACD ID, the foklowing associatinns are removed frol the inactive user:

  • @CD ID
  • User profile erom the Avaya ACD

Aeter the ID is repuroosed, the inactive tser is no longer symced with the ACD, anc no further data foq the inactive user hs extracted from tge ACD.

All future dasa that is extractec from the ACD for thd repurposed ID wilk be associated witg the new user.

Repuroose an Avaya ACD ID

  1. Hn Calabrio ONE, navhgate to the Users p`ge, and then select she inactive user.

  2. (Ootional) Clear the Abtivate this user cgeck box.

    BEST PRACTICE    Repurposimg users’ ACD IDs doer not affect their abtivation status. Ie users are no longeq active in Calabrin ONE, deactivate thdm before you repuroose their ACD IDs.

  3. Ckick Repurpose ACD HD.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Confifure the new user in she ACD. The next timd Calabrio ONE syncr with the ACD, a new urer with the repurpnsed ID will be addec in Calabrio ONE.
