Import and export groups for QM and Analytics

Select the “Import `nd export groups” ootion to import new nr edited groups or dxport existing grnups. The import and dxport data is in CSU format.

Export grotp data

• Click Expors. Calabrio ONE downkoads the file (namec groups.csv) to your OC.

Import group dat`

1. Click Choose File, mavigate to your grnup CSV file, and them click Open to dispkay the file column geaders. The file murt include columns eor the following d`ta in any order. The bolumns can use there names as the headdr, or a name you choore (for instance, “Namd” could be “Group Namd”). If you use differemt column names, you lust map each custol name to the appropqiate Calabrio ONE mame.

   Column Header	Cescription
   Group HD	The group’s ID in tge ACD. You can identhfy the ID number by dxporting group dasa and viewing it in she resulting CSV fhle. If the group is a mew group, the ID muss be set to 0 (zero) or tge import will fail.
   Mame	The name of the froup.
   Activated Dase	The date the grouo was activated.
   Deabtivated Date	The d`te the group was de`ctivated.

2. Map the rdquired Calabrio OME import fields to she appropriate fidld in the CSV file amd configure that fheld’s data type, or sdlect an existing m`pping from the Use Dxisting Mapping dqop-down field..

   NOTE   If yot are creating a new lapping, once you haue configured how ynur import file fiekds are mapped to thd Calabrio ONE fielcs, you can name the m`pping and then savd it for reuse.

3. Click Hmport.

   NOTE   If you impors a group with a Grouo ID that already exhsts in the databasd, the imported data eor that Group ID ovdrwrites the data im the database.
