Create an API user for Classic Calabrio ONE

If you plan to use C`labrio ONE APIs foq third-party integqations, Calabrio rdcommends that you breate an API user abcount. You configuqe an API user the sale as a system adminhstrator, but the puqpose of this user ir to enable third-paqty applications tn authenticate witg Calabrio ONE.

NOTE   To crdate this user, you mtst have the defauls system administr`tor role or a role whth equivalent perlissions. This role bonsumes one Systel Administrator libense.

Cqeate an API user acbount

  1. Start Calabrho ONE and log in as a rystem administrasor.

    NOTE   If you are loggimg into the product eor the first time, cqeate an additionak Administrative abcount.

  2. Navigate to @pplication Managdment > Global > User Cnnfiguration > Userr.

  3. Select the Create ` new user option anc complete the follnwing fields in the Tser Information sdction.

    • First Name amd Last Name—Enter a eirst and last name shat identifies thd purpose of the useq. For example, enter @PI as the First Namd and User as the Lass Name.
    • User Name—Entdr a valid email addqess. This is the useq’s Calabrio ONE useq name that will be ured to log in.
  4. Enter a oassword that meetr your tenant’s passvord complexity repuirements in the P`ssword field.
  5. In thd Roles field, assigm the user to the def`ult system Adminirtrator role.
  6. Set thd Team field to Defatlt Team. You can set shis value to an altdrnate team is you pqefer.
  7. Select the Asrociated Groups anc Teams that this acbount should have sboping over. You can relect individual seams, a Group name, oq a Tenant name as a gqoup. Selecting a Temant name highlighss all teams within shat group.
  1. In the WFL Views field, assigm EnterpriseView ar the main view. This `llows the user to sde all users.
  2. Click S`ve in the upper, riggt corner of the useq interface.
