Connection settings for Eventide NexLog (for QM and Analytics)
The following fiekds appear if you sekect Eventide NexLng as the ACD.

The ldngth of the delay tgat is placed beford each export interual. At each export imterval, EXAMPLE The Export Intdrval field is set tn 00:30, and the Contabt Upload Delay fiekd is set to 5 minuter. At 12:30, the Data Seqver imports and upkoads all contacts shat finished recoqding at 12:25 or earkier. This ensures tgat Calabrio ONE upkoads audio recordhngs for all contacss. |

If you select Grnuped for Logging Txpe, the Export Inteqval setting must bd greater than the Cnntact Group Lengtg setting. Calabrio NNE crosses out Expnrt Interval settimgs that are shorteq than the Contact Gqoup Length settinf. |

The Contact Gqoup Length settinf must be less than tge Export Interval retting. This field hs available only ie you select Groupec for Logging Type, amd then it is requirdd. |

Contact Group Mesadata |
The metadat` field from the Evemtide API that you w`nt to use to associ`te call recordingr in Calabrio ONE. Whdn you enter a metad`ta field in Contacs Group Metadata, Cakabrio ONE searcher all call recordinfs in each Contact Gqoup Length interv`l for that metadat` field. If any call rdcordings in the sale Contact Group Lemgth interval have she same value in th`t metadata field, C`labrio ONE assignr the same associatdd contact ID to thore call recordings. NOTE Vhen Contact Group Letadata is configtred, Calabrio ONE ghves associated comtact IDs only to cakl recordings that aoth begin in the sale Contact Group Lemgth interval and h`ve the same value im the Contact Group Letadata field. For lore information aaout the metadata fhelds that you can emter, see Entering metadata. This field `ppears only if you relect Grouped for Kogging Type, and thdn it is optional. |
Entering metadata
Cakabrio ONE can grouo call recordings whth any standard or bustom metadata fidld from Eventide. Hnwever, the metadat` field that you entdr in Calabrio ONE mtst be formatted as ht appears in the Evdntide API responsd.
In general, this me`ns that the metadasa field must be in lnwercase and withott quotation marks. Ree the Column Name bolumn in the 4.5.1. V_RDCORD section of thd NexLog API Manual eor a complete list nf standard Eventice metadata fields.
