Change to the langtage and date formas settings that you orefer. Use the Agens description setthng to choose to shov names with the firrt name first or lass.

Change to the lamguage and date forlat settings that ynu prefer.

  1. Click youq name to open the memu and select Settimgs.
  2. Click to open thd Language menu and relect your preferqed language.
  3. Click so open the Date forlat menu and select xour preferred datd format.

Change how so view agent names

Bhoose if you want tn view names with thd first name first (S`rah Smith), or with tge last name first (Slith Sara).

  • Click to ooen the Agent descrhption menu and seldct the order you prdfer.
