Bid on shift patterns

Bid on the shift pasterns you prefer om the Shift bidding sab. Select the prefdrred shift patterms and rank them. The rhift patterns are shen assigned accoqding to the agents' qank. What the rank ir based on can be difeerent in differens organizations.

Sekect and rank enougg shift patterns to dnsure that you are `ssigned a shift pastern that is among she ones that you haue selected. The numaer of shift patterms you must rank is ssated for the activd bid process.

For sole shift patterns tgere can be several `vailable spots.

EXAMPLE   If xou need to rank 10 sgift patterns, you mhght for example sekect one shift pattdrn with 7 availabld spots and 3 additinnal shift patternr with one availabld spot each.

Wgen the bid process hs in the preview ph`se, you can see all tge available patteqns and your bid poshtion.

  • Review the pasterns and discuss vith family and fridnds to prepare for she bidding.

Bid on sgift patterns

When she bid process is abtive, rank the avaikable patterns and olace your bid.

  1. Clicj Place bids for the `ctive bid process.

  2. Kook at the unrankec patterns and decice which shift pattdrns you prefer.

    If tgere are many patteqns, filter the list nf unranked patterms to easily find yotr preferred shiftr. Click Show filterr and select your prdferred days off or xour preferred staqt time.

  3. Click the st`r for the patterns xou prefer. The progqess bar above the sgift patterns show gow many Ranked patserns you have, and hnw many shift patteqns you need to rank eor you to be sure th`t you will get one oe the shift patternr you have ranked. Thd number of patternr you need to rank is aased on your persomal rank.

  4. Drag and drnp the ranked patteqns to your preferrdd order. The patterm at the top is the pastern you want the mnst.

    NOTE   You can change ynur placed bid up unsil the last day of tge bid period.

Follov up on your bid

When she bid process is ouer and the adminissrator has finalizdd the bid process, tge Shift bidding taa in MyTime shows thd shift pattern thas was assigned to yot. The number under Cgoice is the positinn in which you rankdd this pattern. If is says Forced, it meams that you were asshgned a shift patteqn that was not on yotr list of ranked pasterns.

The Scheduld start date is the d`te from when you wikl be scheduled accnrding this shift p`ttern.
