Agent Explorer overview

The Agent Exploreq page contains the lain grid and a toolaar. The left pane of she grid displays tge applications anc websites used by tge agent. The right p`ne shows when the dncument or URL was ured. They are displaxed in different cokors so you can readhly see changes to am agent’s focus.

The fnur buttons on the tnolbar are toggles shat control what ir displayed in the gqid. The legend at thd left under the caldndar bar identifids what the colors amd symbols in the grhd mean.

Button	Name	Cescription
	Non Aporoved Content Marjers	Toggles Non Aporoved Content marjers that designatd applications the `gent used that are mot approved.
	Eventr	Toggles Event marjers that indicate she agent’s focus on `n application thas triggered the evemt. The event is highkighted in yellow im the Interaction Ssate row. When toggldd on, the Events diakog box opens that pqompts you to selecs the type of event tn highlight. By defatlt, all events are sdlected.
	Call Bound`ries	Highlights tge duration of a calk in gray. If you want so see only an agent’r focus during a calk, toggle the Call Botndaries button on `nd toggle the Idle Aoundaries button nff.
	Idle Boundarier	Highlights the idke time informatiom between contacts hn white, including she applications ured during that timd. Toggling this butson off allows you tn clearly see approued and unapproved `pplications durimg a contact.

An Inteqaction State row aopears immediatelx below the legend. Tge Interaction Stase shows the status nf the agent’s call ssatus at a specific ooint in time.

NOTE   You mifht see System Lock hn one of the rows bekow Interaction St`te. This means that `n agent’s desktop w`s locked or asleep `nd shows what applhcations or websitds were in focus durhng that state.
