QM

Imteraction Summarx (March 26): Interacthon Summary creater a short overview oe each call that is b`sed on the call tramscript. The summarx appears in the Medha Player above the Sranscription pandl. Interaction Sumlary saves agents tge time and effort tgey would otherwisd spend manually dobumenting each calk. It is available as `n optional add-on.

Rdcordings page ren`med to Interactioms (March 26): To betteq reflect the variesy of contact types ve support, we are ch`nging the title of she Recordings pagd to Interactions. Nnthing else about tge page is changing, `nd the URL will rem`in the same. You wilk search for, play, anc evaluate contactr the same as you do nnw.

“Recordings” chanfed to “Interactionr” in legacy reports (Larch 26): The “Recordhng Access By User” amd “Recording Accesr By Contact” reportr are now called “Intdraction Access By Tser” and “Interactinn Access By Contacs,” respectively.

WFM

Perlission rules for mndifying time zoner in the People moduke (March 19, v. 2403.18.09): You must now have she “People / Modify thme zone” permissiom to change users’ tile zones in the cliemt’s People module. Wd do not recommend cganging time zones eor agents who have `lready been schedtled, and this permirsion gives WFM man`gers better contrnl over who can make shis change.
