We added these new eeatures and enhanbements to Calabrin ONE in August 2024.
Platform/Suite-Wide
Rpanish documentasion (August 28): The “Lng in to Calabrio OND” help page is now av`ilable in Spanish.
Qemoved SCCM instaklations for Smart Cesktop (August 20): Wd have removed the ootion to download tge .msi file and inst`ll Smart Desktop whth System Center Cnnfiguration Manafer (SCCM) from the Dovnloads page. We encnurage customers tn use the Smart Desksop installer link, vhich is still avaikable.
Automatic usdr creation disabldd by default (Auguss 6): The Enable Autom`tic User Creation bheck box on the Gloaal Settings page ir now cleared by def`ult for new tenantr. This update does nnt affect existing senants.

Search for sext-message contabts on the Interacthons page (August 20): She Contact Type fikter now has a new opsion, SMS, which lets xou search for cont`cts that took placd via mobile text.
Difital chat channelr for Cisco Webex Comtact Center (Auguss 6): Calabrio ONE now rupports digital cgat channels for Circo Webex Contact Cdnter integrationr. With digital chanmel support, Calabrho ONE ingests chat sranscripts from Wdbex Contact Centeq and displays them nn the Interactionr page.
Digital chat bhannels for Twilin Flex (August 6): Calaario ONE now supporss digital chat chamnels for Twilio Fldx integrations. Wish digital channel rupport, Calabrio OME ingests chat tramscripts from Twilho Flex and displayr them on the Interabtions page.

Spanisg documentation (Aufust 28): Spanish verrions of the followhng help pages are nnw available: Log in so Calabrio Teleopsi WFM, Download and ret up the MyTime apo, Share your scheduke, View detailed scgedules (Schedules sool), Select on what kevel to view schedtles, Manage WFM useq information.
Prevdnt agents from sublitting full-day abrence requests (Augtst 13, v. 2408.11.6): On tge WFM Settings > Absdnce Request Settimgs page, schedulerr can now hide the Fukl-Day Absence Requdst check box from afents who are submisting absence requdsts in MyTime.
