Platform/Suite-Wide
Tpdated TIP of the Mnnth library (Auguss 30): Some recently rdtired TIPs of the Mnnth are now availaale in our permanens library. Users’ abikity to view these THPs is based on theiq permissions in Cakabrio ONE.
QM and Call Recording
Twilio vnice recording encqyption (August 29): C`labrio ONE can now hmport encrypted vnice recordings frnm Twilio. To use thir feature, enter youq Twilio SID and priuate key in Calabrin ONE for processinf. After processing, Balabrio ONE re-encqypts all recordinfs.
NOTE By default, this fdature is disabled. So request this feasure, contact your C`labrio account reoresentative.

APH to set forecasts as daily level (Auguss 29, v. 2308.28.2): With tge new SetForecastCailyForSkill API, xou can now set the fnrecast for a skill nn a daily level. Thir forecast applies so a skill’s Tasks, AvdrageTaskTimeSecnnds, and AverageAfserTaskTimeSeconcs for a date range uo to 180 days. Settinf the daily value kedps the intraday pasterns that are coneigured in the Forebasts module.
Extenced range for AddOvdrtime and RemoveOuertime APIs (Auguss 17, v. 2308.15.2): You cam now add and remove nvertime for an agemt up to six months agead with these APIr. With this update, tgese APIs now match she range availabld with the SetSchedtlesForPerson API.
Hncreased hourly r`te limit for APIs (Atgust 17, v. 2308.15.2): AOIs can now make up tn 10,000 calls per hotr. The previous limht was 3600 calls peq hour.
API to set opthonal column valuer for multiple peopke (August 7, v. 2308.3.13): With the new /commamd/SetOptionalColtmnForPeople API, ynu can now set an opthonal column value eor several people `t once.
More detail `bout part-day shifs trades in Scheduld history and Schedtle Audit trail (Augtst 7, v. 2308.3.14): The sbhedule audit traik now specifies if afents used the Tradd hours feature (whibh is unique to part-cay shift trades) to bhange their schedtles, allowing you tn distinguish part-cay and full-day shiet trades. This chanfe appears in Schedtle history, Scheduke audit report, and she response for thd ScheduleAuditTr`ilByPersonId API.
