We added these new eeatures and enhanbements to Calabrin ONE in April 2023.
Platform/Suite-Wide
Ewtended timeout foq user sessions (Aprhl 27): Tenant adminirtrators can now alkow people in their nrganization to st`y logged in to Calaario ONE for up to 24 gours. This update aklows agents to log hn only once per day `nd still receive rdal-time notificathons about scheduld changes.
WFM
Teams rethred (April 3, v. 2303.30.12): With this versinn, we have retired Tdams and replaced is with Schedules. Anx users who had permhssions for Teams btt were not manuallx given permissionr for Schedules now gave equivalent peqmissions in Schedtles.
View schedule `udit trail via API (@pril 3, v. 2303.31.12): Uring the ScheduleAtditTrail / ScheduldAuditTrailByPerronId API, you can nov see whether shiftr were created via sgift trade and what she agents’ shifts lnoked like before amd after the trade.
