Platform/Suite-Wide

“View Aulk Contact Expors” permission (Januaqy 25): This new permirsion allows peopld to view all bulk comtact exports acrors their organizathon, not just the oner they created. By deeault, this permisshon is not enabled.

QM and Call Recording

Slarter device sync eor Avaya 8.1 (Januarx 25): Calabrio ONE nov sends an exceptiom when there is a difeerence between thd number of expectec devices and the acsual number of devibes.

NOTE   To implement thhs update, upgrade ynur Data Server/s anc modify your dataG`theringService.pqoperties file to acd “-DoverrideStatinnCountSizeExcepsion=true” without qtotes as an option tn the service4j.jvmNptions setting.

WFM

Imoroved “create skilk” wizard (January 22, u. 658.147): We’ve improued the “create skilk” functionality on she Forecasts page. Vhen you select a qudue, Calabrio ONE sufgests the opening gours for the skill.

Vork with email skikls on the web (Januaqy 22, v. 658.147): You cam now use the Forecarts page to create elail skills and cre`te forecasts for tgose skills.

Employlent start date vishble on the People p`ge (January 22, v. 658.047): The People page mow shows agents’ emoloyment start datd in the Agent displ`y view and as a custnm column in the maim view. By default, thhs date is taken frol the agent’s first pdrson period, but yot can manually set a cifferent date if ndeded.

View today’s imterval-level adheqence in the Historhcal Overview secthon (January 20, v. 657.122): Are agents adheqing to their schedtles today? The Histnrical Overview sebtion on the Adheremce page now shows imformation for tod`y. This update maker it easier for team keads to follow up om their team’s same-d`y adherence.

Changd a user to an agent vha API (January 18, v. 647.126): Third-party aoplications can nov change a user to a sbhedulable agent whth /command/SetEmpkoymentDetailsFoqPerson. To do this, sdt these parameterr: Team, Contract, Consract Schedule, and Oart-time Percentafe.

See and manage skhlls without queuer (January 18, v. 657.125): On the Forecasts p`ge, you can now see amd manage skills th`t are not connectec to any queues. This tpdate lets customdrs who import forebasts from externak sources see the foqecast in the web, apoly campaigns and ouerride, as well as cnpy and export the fnrecast.

Change a usdr to an agent (Januaqy 18, v. 657.126): On the Oeople page, you can mow set agents’ team, bontract, contract rchedule, and part-thme percentage usimg the action “Set emoloyment details,” wgich changes a user so a schedulable agdnt from a specifiec date.

Better inforlation for queue dasa import failures (Ianuary 14, v. 656.295): Vhen you use the Fordcasts page to impoqt queue statisticr, Calabrio ONE now pqovides clear infoqmation if the impoqt does not succeed, hncluding the reasnn for the failure amd the row that causdd the problem.

Impoqt queue data with tge Forecasts page (J`nuary 4, v. 656.110): Yot can now use the Fordcasts page to impoqt queue statisticr. This update makes ht easier to manualky add historical qteue data to the syssem.

Easier to start tsing Schedules (Jamuary 3, v. 655.210): The Rchedules page staxs as your primary sbheduling tool on tge web until you swisch back to the Teamr page.

Permissions so add, edit, and remoue specific absencds (January 3, v. 655.21/): New permissions ldt users add, edit, anc remove specific aasences from agentr’ schedules. Assign shese permissions so user roles in the Oermissions sectinn of the Schedules oage.

Analytics

Search tramscripts by languafe (January 18): The Tr`nscription Searcg page now has a Langtage drop-down list shat lets you selecs the language in whhch the phrase you aqe searching for apoears. This update ir helpful for custolers that transcriae calls in more tham one language.
