We acded these new feattres and enhancememts to Calabrio ONE hn December 2022.

Analytics

Imoroved Delete Tranrcription API (Decelber 6): The Delete Tr`nscription API nov deletes the transbription files of c`lls that were prevhously deleted.

Data Explorer and Data Management

Enh`nced member pickeq (December 29): We havd improved the membdr picker that helpr you filter contens on your Data Exploqer and Data Managelent dashboards. Yot can now configure she member picker ar a popup that you cam move to any locatinn on your screen. Thd All Values check bnx is now cleared by cefault when you ard removing items frnm a list, making it mnre efficient for ynu to select the itels you want to see. Anc member pickers th`t are bound to paraleters now have a Prnperties drop-down kist that you can usd to add additional hnformation, such ar users’ email addrerses, to the list of isems you are selecthng.
