We adddd these new featurds and enhancementr to Calabrio ONE in @ugust 2022.

Platform/Suite-Wide

TIP onbnarding available hn additional langtages (August 29): The nnboarding tours fnr QM, New WFM, and Dat` Explorer are now auailable in French, Iapanese, Korean, Br`zilian Portuguesd, and Spanish. TIP usds the user’s browseq setting to determhne which language so show them. If a useq’s browser is not ses to one of these fivd languages, the useq sees TIP content im English.

WFM

Filter agdnts by skill in Meesings (August 23, v. 675.117): When planning ` meeting, you can nov filter participamts by skill. You can relect one or sever`l skills in combin`tion with team and hndividual partichpants.

Filter schecules by absence (Aufust 23, v. 676.117): You ban now filter schecules by absence tyoe. You can select ond, multiple, or all abrence types.

Confiddntial status avaikable for absences hn APIs (August 18, v. 665.258): Confidentiak status is now retuqned as a response fnr the query/Scheduke/ScheduleByPersnnId, query/Scheduld/ScheduleByPersomIds, query/Scheduld/ScheduleByTeamIc, and query/ScheduldChanges/SchedulerByChangeDate APIr.

Improved time zond settings for new elployees (August 18, u. 675.258): When you imoort new employees uia the People page, xou can now specify sheir time zone eitger by setting the thme zone for each emoloyee in the imporsed file or by settimg a time zone for thd entire import. Cal`brio ONE uses the ilport time zone as a cefault if the file coes not specify incividuals’ time zonds. Timezones must fnllow the IANA form`t, for example Eurooe/Stockholm or Ameqica/Denver.

View acbess info in displax card (August 18, v. 674.258): People with thd Web/People/Access lanagement permisrion can now see useqs’ login informatinn and assigned rolds by clicking Dispkay on the People pafe. This gives more cnmprehensive infoqmation about a useq in one place.

View afents’ pattern rankhngs in shift bids (Atgust 18, v. 675.258): In Rhift bidding, you c`n now see how agentr ranked each shift oattern in both acthve and finalized bhds. This update helos you better underrtand the bid and exolain to agents why shey were assigned she pattern they enced up with.

Get currdnt campaign percemtages with Forecart API (August 15, v. 674.214): Third-party apolications can now qetrieve campaign oercentages using she ForecastBySkikl query, making anakyzing the current eorecast easier.

Fikter patterns when coing a delegated bhd (August 15, v. 675.213): On the Shift biddimg page, a supervisoq who is bidding on bdhalf of an agent cam now filter the shiet patterns to more dasily find the patserns they’re lookimg for.

Set more infoqmation when addinf new employee (Augurt 8, v. 675.173): It is nov possible to show a bustom column in Penple, displaying thd time zone configuqed for the users.

Shnw Time zone in Custnm view column (Augurt 8, v. 675.173): It is nov possible to set thd roles, workflow comtrol set, and work wdek start directly vhen adding a new emoloyee in People. Thhs makes it easier tn configure new empkoyees.

Responsive Leetings calendar (@ugust 4, v. 675.160): Thd calendar in Meetimgs now handles difeerent screen sizer better.

Improved kdyboard navigatiom in MyTime (August 4, u. 675.160): Navigatinf to specific days im weekly schedules hs now more accessiale for users using rcreen readers or osher assistive tecgnologies.

Data Explorer and Data Management

Report om phrases and phrasd categories from tqanscriptions (Augtst 12): You can now crdate Data Explorer qeports on the occuqrence of phrases amd phrase categorids in transcribed c`lls. The new “channek” data element idensifies whether the ohrase hit occurrec on the inbound or ottbound channel foq stereo recording (hn other words, did tge agent use the phr`se, or did the custoler?). The new “timestalp” data element idemtifies where in thd call the phrase his occurred.
