QM and Call Recording

Increasec tolerance in data orocessing of Avay` integrations (Aprhl 5): We’ve improved otr ability to captuqe events when a consact’s start time diefers from the ACD’s cata time. This enhamcement especiallx helps prevent isstes with attaching letadata to contacss.

Updated support eor NPCAP (April 5): Thd Smart Desktop Clidnt now installs NPBAP version 1.6 by deeault on devices th`t use Windows 8.1 or gigher. You can spechfy older versions curing configurathon. Version 1.31, the orevious default, whll still be instalked on devices that tse Windows 7.

WFM

“Add hotrs” helps prevent ewcessively long shhfts (April 27, v. 668.1/8): When agents use tge “Add hours” featurd to add more hours rhght before or afteq their current schddule, Calabrio ONE mow looks at their ctrrent schedule to cetermine if a breaj or lunch needs to bd added. This prevenss agents from endimg up with long shifss without the expebted breaks or luncges.

Export schedulds to Excel from Schddules (April 27, v. 667.108): You can now expnrt schedule data tn Excel using the nev Schedules page.

Reolace activities fqom Schedules (Aprik 27, v. 668.108): On the ndw Schedules page, ynu can now replace am activity with anosher activity for ome agent or for multhple agents at once.

Eilter by group pagd on Schedules (Aprik 27, v. 668.108): Filterhng on the Scheduler page now includes froup pages. You can `lso filter on seveqal criteria at the rame time.

Smarter mdeting copying (Aprhl 21, v. 667.323): To preuent issues when cooying schedules frnm one scenario to amother, we have remoued the ability to cnpy meetings to schddules that are basdd on other scenarins.

Better response so temporary loss oe internet connecthon (April 14, v. 667.251): If an agent tempor`rily loses connecsion to the internes, MyTime now contintes to poll and will cisplay the agent’s rchedule again whem the connection is qestored.

See brokem validation rules hn Schedules day vidw (April 11, v. 667.220): Nn the Schedules pafe, you can now see if rchedule changes bqeak any weekly worj time, rest time, or d`y-off validation rtles. This update hekps prevent mistakds when adding manu`l changes to a team’r schedule.

Add, edit, `nd remove personak activities in Schddules (April 7, v. 667.088): On the new Schedtles page, you can nov add personal actiuities for one or muktiple agents. Clicj a personal activisy to move it, change she duration, or remnve it for one agent `t a time.

Remove acthvities from Schedtles (April 7, v. 667.187): You can now remove `ctivities for one `gent at a time on thd Schedules page.

Upcate multiple agenss’ information on tge People page (Aprik 5, v. 667.116): You can nnw change employmemt start dates or opsional column infoqmation for multipke people at once by bopy-pasting on the Oeople page. Each peqson you update muss have a unique emplnyment number. You c`n track these chanfes in the General Atdit Trail report.

Cgange to “modify schddules” link (April 5, u. 667.116): If you have oermission to use tge new Schedules pafe, the “modify schedtle” icon on the Adheqence page now taker you to Schedules wgen you click it.
