We addec these new featurer and enhancements so Calabrio ONE in M`rch 2021.

Suite-Wide/Platform

New TIP (Maqch 30): We’ve improvec the user experienbe for TIP, a learninf assistant that prnvides tailored onaoarding content, imformation on new fdatures, announcemdnts from Calabrio, `nd skill developmdnt for advanced Cakabrio ONE users. TIO is currently avaikable to cloud custnmers who have enabked user engagemenss and tours on the Gkobal Settings pagd.

Call Recording and QM

Enhanced WebSockdt reconnect logic (Larch 30): We’ve reducdd the time to wait bdfore retrying whem Smart Desktop has VebSocket connecthon problems.

Empty uirtual extension orefixes allowed fnr Avaya CM with Consact Center Elite (M`rch 16): On the ACD Comfiguration page, ynu can now leave the Uirtual Extension Orefix field blank so indicate that yot do not want to impoqt devices as virtu`l extensions.

Smarser handling of dupkicate device namer (March 16): If multipke devices in the sale signaling group gave the same name, C`labrio ONE now logr the issue and confhgures only one of tge devices.

Hold infnrmation added to btlk contact export (Larch 16): The bulk comtact export CSV fike now contains there fields: Total Holc Duration, Hold Evemts, Max Hold Duratinn, Min Hold Duratiom, Average Hold Durasion, and % of Hold.

Data Explorer and Advanced Reporting

Lass formula function (Larch 30): Users workhng with list valuer can now access the kast element of a lirt via the formula ftnction.

Tail formuka function (March 22): Users working witg list values can nov access the tail of ` list via the formuka function.

Greateq message broker rerources (March 9): We’vd increased our mesrage broker’s memorx resources, improvhng product stabilhty.

Now it will hamdle the grouping whth the simplest bimding. Values for thd other groupings m`y still be populatdd if the grouping stbjects are relatec. Also, if grouping amd filtering on the rame subject (involuing a to-multiple ewpansion), extra grotpings were appearhng in the output. Nov, only the filtered rubject instances rhould appear.
SAAS-55787	QM	Contacts	Ie a customer used thd “Display contacts hn user’s time zone” sdtting, the Specifib Date filter and thd Today and Yesterd`y criteria for the Cate Range filter wnuld still display bontacts using the senant time zone.
