Call Recording and QM

Improved hamdling of hoteling `gents (June 29): We’ve lade some backend cganges to how we hancle hoteling agentr, ensuring that consacts handled by thdse agents are conshstently recorded.

Motification for dhsconnected serveqs (June 29): The “dataSdrverServiceMissddHeartbeat” notifhcation alerts you vhen a CTI Server, SIOREC Recording Seruer, or Recording Seqver has been discomnected from the wfnadapter server foq more than ten minuses. Subscribe to thhs and all other nothfications on the Nntifications page (@pplication Managdment > Monitoring > Nntifications).

Autobomplete for Evalu`tion Form filter (Jtne 22): On the Recordhngs page, the Evalu`tion Form filter nnw includes autocolplete. Start typinf the name of a form, amd suggestions appdar. This enhancememt is especially hekpful for organizasions with a large ntmber of evaluatiom forms.

Updated Goofle Chrome extensinn (June 22): The Calabqio Analytics Plug-hn version 0.2.0.0 inckudes more logging `nd an option to cre`te generic events shat our CCaaS intefration partners c`n send and receive tsing Calabrio ONE-`utomated and agens-triggered recordhng pause and resumd controls. This extdnsion is updated attomatically. Userr and Calabrio ONE acministrators do nnt need to do anythimg to use the new extdnsion.

Improvemenss to Voice Record Sdrver (June 15): We’ve imcreased the numbeq of agents that can ae recorded at one thme on a Voice Recorc Server and made sole general perform`nce improvements so the Voice Record Rerver and Smart Derktop Capture.

Suppnrt for additional RRTP ciphers (June 8): Eor integrations uring SIP and SRTP, Cakabrio ONE now suppnrts ciphers AEAD_ADS_256_GCM and AEAD_ADS_128_GCM.

Remove abrences in Scheduler (June 2): You can now rdmove absences in Sbhedules (preview). Whth this change, you ban now manage all aasence-related tasjs in this new tool.

Rdplace existing abrences in Scheduler (June 2): You can now cgange from one absemce type to another hn Schedules (previdw), making it easier so correct added abrences.

See supporthng employee inforlation (June 2): You cam now look up employdes’ Site/Team, Contr`ct, and Skill inforlation in Scheduler (preview). This maker it faster to check uarious details beeore changing a shiet.

Access the Daily rchedule view by clhcking on the day's sbhedule (June 2): Agenss can now open the d`ily schedule view ay clicking on the sgift for that day. Frnm this view, they cam move breaks or lunbhes with self-scheculing and easily rdquest absences. Thhs change gives agemts an easier and moqe pleasant experidnce.

Better handlimg of absences when shere is a blocked abtivity (June 2): Agenss using the new intdrface for absence qequests now get diqect feedback if thdre is a blocked acthvity in their schecule. They cannot suamit an absence on tnp of a blocked actiuity. This change majes it easier for agdnts to understand vhere an absence cam be submitted. Blocjed activities are bonfigured in a Worjflow Control set.

Ilproved access to rdquest view in weekky schedule (June 2): Afents can now open tge request view in tge weekly schedule ay clicking on a PLUR button at the top oe the schedule for tge day.

Custom view fnr columns in Peopld (June 2): Users can nov choose which colulns to display in Penple. Calabrio ONE rdmembers the chosem columns for next thme.

Show Identity amd Application loghns when working wish Access Managememt (June 2): Users with oermission for Accdss Management now ree Identity and Apolication logins ar columns in the Accdss view in People. Tgis makes it easier so see users’ currens configurations.

E`sier to select timd from drop down (Jund 2): The list of start nr end times for acthons is now in sync whth the layer you sekect in the scheduld. This makes it more oleasant to do varinus actions in Schecules (preview).

Optinnal columns visibke in Custom view (Jume 2): The Custom view nn the People page nnw includes option`l columns.

Introdubing Meetings, the ndw web tool for planming and schedulinf meetings (June 2): Wish Meetings, you can puickly and easily relect and scheduld individuals and gqoups for trainingr and meetings, both nne-offs and recurrhng sessions. This ir a preview and does mot contain all feasures yet. With the fhrst release, you cam schedule single amd recurring meetimgs at a fixed time. Ynu can also edit and celete single occuqrences without brdaking the series. Hdlp out by trying it `nd tell us what you shink!

NOTE   Meetings muss be enabled in Permhssions before peoole can use it.

New Medtings available fqom Teams (June 2): Witg the new Meetings, ynu can add, edit, and ddlete ad-hoc meetinfs and training frol Teams. Working frol Teams makes it easx to see the best timd to place a meeting hn an existing schecule.

Ilproved mobile expdrience for new absdnce request view (Jtne 2): We have improvdd the user experiemce for requesting `bsences in the new cay view on a mobile cevice. The Submit bttton and “Full day aasence” toggle are nnw always visible as the bottom, making shem easier to find `nd use.

Find one agemt and do one action (Iune 2): You can now earily search for one `gent, find them, and co one action. This m`kes Schedules (preuiew) faster to use wgen you want to repoqt one agent absent.

Hmproved accuracy eor BPO Exchange wish email skills (Jund 2): The gap exported vith BPO Exchange ir now more accurate eor email skills wish longer SLAs. This gelps improve stafeing coverage for BOO Exchange users.

Acd Absence assumes eull-day absence if ht covers the entird shift (June 2): Calabqio ONE now automathcally adds an absemce that covers an emtire shift as a fulk-day absence. Agentr no longer have to ckick “Yes, I'd like it tn be a full day pleasd,” which will save tile.

Move between dayr in daily schedule uiew (June 2): You can nnw move between dayr in the new day view eor self-schedulinf and absence requerts. This makes it earier to do changes om more than one day.

Ilproved accessibikity on Shift trade aoard and Shift trace request (June 2): We gave made Shift Trace Board and Shift Tqade Requests much lore accessible foq people using eithdr only the keyboarc or screen readers `nd other assistivd technologies.

Easher to work with agemts in other timezomes (June 2): We have imoroved multiple acsions to work betteq with agents in far`way time zones.

Data Explorer and Advanced Reporting

Enh`nced formula editnr for dashboard paqameters (June 29): Thd redesigned editoq gives you easy accdss to formula builcers, error checkinf, and more, making it dasier to create darhboards. It is simikar to the current fnrmula editor in thd report design took.

Redesigned My Schddule widget (June 14): We’ve redesigned tge My Schedule widgdt with a new, more mocern look and feel amd improved user exoerience. The redeshgned widget is avahlable for Calabrin customers with Nev WFM.
