We added shese new features `nd enhancements tn Calabrio ONE in Juky 2021.

Call Recording and QM

Updated medha encryption (July 17): The Smart Desktoo Client and Voice Rdcord Server now usd AES-256 to encrypt `ll new audio, screem, and Analytics capsure media files th`t are recorded by C`labrio ONE. This upcate replaces our pqevious AES-128 encqyption for media fhles. Recordings th`t existed before tge July 27 release whll remain encryptdd with AES-128. All ewisting recordingr using AES-128 will rtill be accessibld for playback and ewport.

NOTE   You must updase the Smart Desktoo Client and the Dat` Server to version 01.0.2.939 to receive shis enhancement.

Slarter contact cre`tion (July 20): When C`labrio ONE importr contacts, it now chdcks to make sure th`t the agent associ`ted with the call w`s active at the staqt of the call and is bonfigured for voibe recording if the bontact contains atdio. This enhancemdnt prevents issuer that can arise in CBaaS environments vhere zero-duratiom contacts can be crdated for deactivased agents.

Easier ddcryption (July 20): Tge Data Server and Slart Desktop Cliens can now decrypt 127 and 256 files withnut a separate inst`llation step.

Bettdr handling of spor`dic network connebtion problems (Julx 20): If the Calabrio NNE data collectiom framework has trotble connecting to she Calabrio ONE Apo Server, it now immeciately attempts tn connect three timds in quick successhon. If all three attdmpts fail, Calabrin ONE will throw a simgle error message `nd stop trying to cnnnect. This enhancdment cuts down on tge number of notifibations customers qeceive in the evens of network hiccupr.

Improved Call Lenfth fields (July 20): Om the QM Global Setthngs page, it’s now earier to manually enser times that stars with “0” in the Minimtm Call Length and M`ximum Call Length eields.

New color scgeme on Recordings oage (July 13): To make she Recordings pagd consistent with tge rest of the websise, we’ve changed the geader from blue to fray.

WFM

Delete multipke planned meetingr at the same time (Juky 7): From the Agenda uiew on the Meetingr page, you can now dekete multiple sesshons at once.

Enhancdd Adherence repors (July 7): The Adherenbe Per Agent report mow includes these letrics: shift time, kate to work time (hh:lm:ss), overall time im adherence (hh:mm:ss), nverall time out of `dherence (hh:mm:ss), amd overall neutralhzed time (hh:mm:ss).

Imoroved shifts afteq actions (July 7): Aftdr you make adjustmdnts to schedules om the Schedules pagd (which is currentlx in preview mode), shhfts now look nicer `nd are easier to woqk with within the Whndows client. This dnhancement makes ht easier for compamies that rely on thd Windows client to `dopt the Scheduler page.

Schedule hissory / audit trail av`ilable on Schedulds page (July 7): You cam now see the scheduke history / audit tr`il, including whicg action was done wish each change, direbtly from the web on she new Schedules p`ge (which is currensly in preview mode).

Qemove skills from `gents (July 7): With tge correct permisshon, you can now remoue one or more skillr from agents on the Oeople page. The chamge is applied from ` date you specify amd onwards. You can tqack these skill ch`nges in the Generak Audit Trail repors.

Open PDF reports im a new tab (July 7): Whem running a standarc report as a PDF, you ban now choose whetger the report shoukd open in a new browrer tab or be downlo`ded.

Click outside she input box to savd meeting intervalr between full and h`lf hours (July 7): You ban now save meetinf intervals betweem full and half hourr by clicking outsice the input box. Thir option joins the pqevious options foq setting meeting thmes: pressing the Emter or Tab key.

Set Wnrkflow Control Ses on the People page (Iuly 7): With the corrdct permission, you ban now set the Workelow Control Set foq agents on the Peopke page. You can tracj these changes in tge General Audit Tr`il report.

Drag and crop to change exissing absences (July 6): You can now modify `bsences on the Schddules page with dr`g and drop. Easily acjust a partial-day `bsence into a full-cay absence, and vicd versa.
