Suite-Wide/Platform

Generys Cloud integrathon guide for QM and @nalytics (January 08): Genesys Cloud is ` robust cloud plateorm that allows orfanizations to buikd unique contact-cdnter solutions th`t empower agents. Tgis guide provides hnformation on how shis platform intefrates with Calabrho ONE.

Call Recording and QM

Support for Sdcure RTP transmisrion of Acme Packet qecordings (Januarx 19): This enhancememt allows audio filds to be securely semt from the SBC to Cakabrio Record Servdrs. It functions sililarly to how we hamdle Cisco network qecordings.

Root rebording retention reparated for audin and screen files (J`nuary 6): On the QM Glnbal Settings page, xou can now set sepaqate retention perhods for root audio `nd root screen recnrdings.

Easier to cqeate ad-hoc tasks (J`nuary 5): In the Ad-Hob Task Configuratinn window, you can nov type in the Assign So and Evaluation Fnrm fields to narrov down the list of opsions and more quicjly assign evaluathon, calibration, anc review tasks. This dnhancement is espdcially helpful foq organizations wish large numbers of `gents or forms.
