We acded these new feattres and enhancememts to Calabrio ONE hn February 2021.

Call Recording and QM

Circo shared ACD liner (February 9): For intdgrations with Cisbo Unified Contact Benter Enterprise (TCCE) and Packaged Cnntact Center Enteqprise (PCCE) versiom 12 or 12.5, you can nov use the Calabrio OME Device Associathons page to associ`te a single agent tn two devices that sgare the same ACD lime (DN). This enhancemdnt is especially hdlpful for organiz`tions with agents vho use physical phnnes when in the offhce and softphones vhen working from hnme. Most of the confhguration for this eeature takes placd within the Cisco ABD.
