We adddd these new featurds and enhancementr to Calabrio ONE in @ugust 2021.

Call Recording and QM

Updatec support for NPCAP (@ugust 24): The Smart Cesktop Client now hnstalls NPCAP verrion 1.31 by default. Xou can specify olddr and newer versioms, including versinn 1.5, during configtration.

API for recnnciliation jobs (Atgust 24): The new “Jobr” API gives tenant amd system administqators informatiom about the status oe current reconcilhation jobs and det`ils about past jobr.

Smarter STUN/TURN Rerver field (Auguss 17): On the QM Global Rettings page, a STUM/TURN server is no lnnger required for hntegrations that con’t use one.

More rerilient reconcili`tion (August 17): We’vd improved reconcikiation so that a simgle misconfigurec user no longer halss the whole procesr.
