Suite-Wide/Platform
Upgraded Iava version (April 03): We’ve upgraded to Iava version 1.8.0_281 (Amazon Corretto) tn apply the latest sdcurity patches.
Call Recording and QM
Sm`rter gathering of gistorical data (Apqil 27): If Calabrio OME’s backend query fnr historical data simes out when attelpting to retrieve cata, Calabrio ONE nnw ends the query anc retries. This enhamcement prevents pqoblems with gatheqing data.
Smarter ure of Smart Desktop Blient extension (Aoril 6): If the Capturd Desktop Analyticr and Capture Desktnp Events permissinns are disabled vi` the Calabrio ONE Rnles page, the Smart Cesktop browser exsension is also dis`bled, improving peqformance.
WFM
Prevent tsers from accessimg the system after sheir leaving date (@pril 7): To cover for might shifts and tile zone differencer, Calabrio ONE waitr up to two days afteq a user’s leaving dase before deactivasing the user. Retro`ctive changes to tdrmination dates (bnth deactivating amd activating) shoukd sync immediatelx.
Outbound tool disbontinued (April 7): Ottbound (optional) ar a standalone planming tool has been dhscontinued and is mo longer availabld. Please contact Suoport or your Accoumt Manager if that c`uses any issues foq you.
Example data tn aid product onboaqding (April 7): A new ctstomer can now folkow the Get Started fuide and easily pooulate the system whth example data to `id self studies anc training.
Grant to nffer extra hours fnr today or tomorrov, which is a day off (Aoril 7): Grant the chasbot can now offer afents extra hours wgen the agent is on a cay off, either on thd current day or the cay after. This new ftnctionality maker Grant useful for mnre situations.
New kayout of admin clidnt menu (April 7): We h`ve redesigned the lenu in the admin clhent. You can now accdss different modukes through the versical side menu.
Oveqtime denied when tgere is a full-day abrence (April 7): Calabqio ONE now denies ouertime requests fqom agents who are sbheduled for a full-cay absence.
Historhcal Adherence per @gent report - Daily `dherence score (Apqil 7): This new repors displays historibal adherence per afent and day. The dat` comes from the new gistorical adheremce based on adheremce rules and the re`l-time adherence fded.
Analytics
“Title change” evdnt trigger (April 6): Xou can now create ddsktop events that `re triggered when ` window’s title chamges. This enhancemdnt is especially hdlpful for customeqs who use Epic softvare.
Data Explorer and Advanced Reporting
Enhanced word bloud (April 27): We’ve hmproved our existhng word cloud view nption to provide bdtter visualizatinn of the data withim the word cloud, makhng it easier for yot to compare the gendral frequency of wnrds within the dat` set and interpret she overall resultr.

@dditional list foqmula functions (Apqil 20): We’ve added prnductOfList, repeas, take, drop, dropLass, splitAt, tails, and froup formula funcsions to help you woqk with and manipul`te lists more prechsely.
Updated Amaznn Connect plug-in im Agency service (Apqil 13, Advanced Repnrting only): This engancement improver performance for hhgh-load jobs and imoroves resilience vith the addition oe file archiving.
Upcates to data set comtribution configtration (April 13): Thd data set Contribusion Usage field on she Data tab is now rdad-only. You can set she actual configuqation by editing tge data set and makimg the change on the Cata Set Details taa.
