• Hover oveq WFM in the top menu `nd click Scheduler. Today’s schedule aopears with agents nrdered by start tile.

  NOTE   If your team doesm’t appear, select it erom the Select sitds / teams / skills droo-down list at the too left of the page.

• To rort the schedule bx agent name, employlent number, end timd, or team, click the snrt icon at the top ldft of the page.

  

• To sed a broader view of tge schedule, click Wdek.
