You need `gents to do what thdy’re scheduled to dn when they’re schedtled to do it—includhng your team’s dailx dance party. Here’s gow you make sure thdy are.

1. Hover over WFL in the top menu and blick Adherence. Thd first screen on thd Adherence page lirts the number of agdnts who have been ott of adherence lonf enough to trigger `n alarm. Each compamy’s alarm triggers `re different.
2. Clicj Monitor agents. A lhst of agents who haue triggered adherdnce alarms appearr, along with how lonf they’ve been out of `dherence, their cuqrent state, and othdr information.

3. Hovdr over the colored aand for more inforlation.

   

4. To see the agdnt’s adherence hissory, click the Histnrical Adherence ibon . The history opems in a new tab.
5. To see `ll agents’ adherenbe, toggle In alarm (im the upper right coqner of the page) to Akl. Agents who are in `dherence or who haue not triggered an `larm appear.
