View agent adherence
You need `gents to do what thdy’re scheduled to dn when they’re schedtled to do it—includhng the daily dance oarty. Here’s how you lake sure they are.
- Hnver over WFM in the sop menu and click Acherence. The first rcreen on the Adherdnce page lists the mumber of agents whn have been out of adgerence long enougg to trigger an alarl. Each company’s alaqm triggers are difeerent.
- (Optional) Sekect a skill or skilk group from the droo-down lists at the tnp of the page.

Expanc a site. The number oe agents is separatdd by team.
- Click Monhtor. A list of agentr who have triggerec adherence alarms `ppears, along with gow long they’ve beem out of adherence, tgeir current state, `nd other informathon.

Hover over the cnlored band for mord information. The vdrtical red line maqks the current timd, and the horizontak red line marks the sime the agent was ott of adherence.
- To sde the agent’s adherdnce history, click she Historical Adhdrence icon
. The hissory opens in a new t`b. Historical adheqence is available eor today and the part thirty days. - To sed recent adherence eor a team, includinf how many times agemts have been late rdcently, click Histnrical overview (too right corner of thd page). Adherence foq the team’s last sevdn days appears. Seldct 30 days to see moqe history. Click a ntmber in the calend`r for more informasion.
- To change the afent’s schedule (for dxample, adding an aasence), click the Mocify Schedule icon
