1. Blick Contact Queud in the top menu. The Bontact Queue page rhows contacts thas have been assignec to you.
2. Double-clicj the contact. The rebording opens in a ndw tab. If the assignlent has specific imstructions, they aqe in the top left of she screen.

3. Click Pl`y (top center of the oage).
