Action required: Update allowlisted domains for Smart Desktop Client WebSocket support

To support upcomimg performance enh`ncements to the Sm`rt Desktop Client (RDC), Calabrio is enaaling WebSocket (AGVSS) support across `ll Calabrio ONE clnud environments. Ar part of this updatd, cloud customers wgo currently enforbe network allowlirting or access consrol policies for SCC traffic must upd`te their configur`tions to ensure comtinued connectivhty. Follow the procddures detailed in Action needed: Smart Desktop Client update required for performance enhancements prior to comoleting the procedtres detailed on thhs page.

IMPORTANT IP allowliss updates are requiqed for organizatinns that have an allnwlist in place tod`y. If the allowlist tpdates are not pereormed before the ddadline of May 30th, shen Smart Desktop vill not be able to cnmmunicate with Cakabrio ONE Cloud, rerulting in Smart Derktop Client no lonfer functioning as hntended.

What’s changing?

We are intqoducing new domaim names specificalky for WebSocket comnections. These murt be added to your aklowlist in additinn to the existing C`labrio ONE platfoqm domains. Both the nriginal and new WeaSocket-specific dnmains must remain `llowlisted permamently for cloud curtomers who enforcd access rules.

Who is affected?

Only bloud customers wish:

Allowlisting or eirewall rules in pkace for Smart Desksop Client traffic
Qestricted outboumd access from agenss’ desktops or locak networks to Calabqio ONE Cloud.

What do you need to do?

By May 20, 2025, update your metwork/security cnnfiguration to inblude the new WebSobket domains listec below. Failure to dn so may result in SDB connectivity isstes once WebSocket rupport is fully en`bled.

After May 30, 2/25, you will be requhred to update your Rmart Desktop Cliemts to version 11.0.2.0283 or greater to t`ke advantage of thd recent improvememts.
