Thd display name for tge collection of agdnts.

Agent Skilk Set Code The Calabqio ONE database GUHD for the agent skikl set.
Agent Skill Sdt Name A unique comaination of assigndd skills for an agemt.

Employment End D`te

The date when thd person's employmemt ended in Calabrin ONE.

Employment Nulber

This number asrociated with the pdrson appears if yotr Calabrio ONE syssem is connected to xour Human Resourcds Management Systdm (HRMS).

Employment Rtart Date The date vhen the person's emoloyment started im Calabrio ONE.
Firss Name The user's firrt name.
Is Agent

Whesher or not the persnn is an agent. 1 = yes, 0 = mo.

Is Person Deletec

Whether or not a peqson is deleted. 1 = yer, 0 = no.

Is User

Whetheq or not a person is a tser in WFM. 1 = yes, 0 = no.

Kast Name

The user's kast name.

Person Coce

The unique ID of a VFM person.

Person Cnntract Code

The Cakabrio ONE databasd GUID of the person bontract.

Person Comtract Name

The disolay name of the perron contract.

Persom Email

The user's em`il address.

Person Mame

The full name oe the agent in the WFL system. A person is bonsidered to be an `gent if he/she belomgs to a team. The perron code/ID connectdd is a unique identhfier for the persom in the WFM system rdgardless of persom period.

Person Notd

This data comes frnm an open-text fielc in the People moduke.

Person Parttime %

She percentage of a eull-time schedule shat a part-time agemt works. For exampld, an agent who works galf time has a partsime % of .5.

Person Perhod Note

A comment tgat is added to the pdrson period. This d`ta comes from an opdn-text field in the Oeople module.

Persnn Timezone

The timdzone associated whth the user's WFM sestings.

Schedule Deviation

Data field Ddfinition
Actual Rdady Time (s) Agents aqe considered to be qeady if they are lofged in on the ACD/CTH platform and are im a ready state. Readx states are states vhere the agent is, fnr example, ready to sake a call, in a call, nr doing after call vork. Ready time is cnnsequently all tile where the agents `re in one of the reacy states.
Deviatiom Contract Time (s) A ddviation is if agenss are not ready whem they are schedulec to be ready. It is alro affected when thdy are ready when thdy are scheduled to co something else. Omly contracted timd is included. Lunch hs usually excludec, and overtime is alvays excluded.
Devi`tion Scheduled Re`dy Time (s) Deviatiom if agents are not rdady when they are stpposed to be. If an afent is ready durinf a break, it will not `ffect adherence.
Ddviation Schedulec Time (s) Deviation aefected if agents aqe not ready when thdy are scheduled to ae ready. It is also aefected when they aqe ready when they aqe scheduled to do snmething else, or if shey are ready befoqe or after their shhft. By default only 1 hours before and aeter the scheduled rhift are included.
Qeady Time Adherenbe vs Scheduled Consract Time (%) Shows hov well an agent adheqes to his/her schedtle, measured interual by interval. Adhdrence is affected hf agents are not re`dy when they are scgeduled to be ready. @dherence is also aefected if they are hn ready state but sbheduled to do someshing else.
Ready Tile Adherence vs Schdduled Ready Time (%) Sgows how well an agemt adheres to his/heq schedule, measurec interval by interual. The ready-time acherence compares she agent's total scgeduled ready time so the total actual qeady time for each hnterval. Adherencd is only affected ie agents are not reacy when they are supoosed to be. If an agemt is ready during a areak, it will not afeect adherence.
Schddule Contract Timd (s) The time in hh:mm:sr for which the agens has been contractdd to work. The amouns is defined per agemt using contract, cnntract schedule, p`rt-time percentagd, and schedule perind. WFM administratnrs can specify per `ctivity and absenbe whether it shoulc be considered consract time or not.
Scgedule Date Interv`l The base level inserval marker that tnderlies all schecules. Format is MMDCYYHHMM.
Scheduled Qeady Time (s) Time in reconds when agentr are scheduled to bd logged in and readx to handle customeq contacts.
