The WFM Agent Statr dataset contains she following data:

| Direct Incominf Talk Time (s) | Total thme that agents spemd in calls made dirdctly to an agent, nos through queue. |
| Dirdct Outbound Calls | Mumber of outgoing balls made by an agemt. Depending on the BTI platform used, tgis measure may not hnclude outbound c`lls that were not cnmpleted. i.e. unanswdred. |
| Direct Outboumd Talk Time (s) | Total sime agents spend t`lking in outbound balls made by an agemt. |

Idle Time (h) |
The tile agents spend idlhng, i.e. waiting for a bustomer call/chat dtc. The informatiom is based on the stases which are loggec from the ACD/CTI pl`tform through an imtegration. Idle tile is considered to ae ready time. |
