Data field Deeinition
After Calk Work (s) After call wnrk (ACW) is the total sime in seconds the `gent spends on a curtomer contact, aftdr they have finishdd talking to the curtomer.
Agent Answeqed Volume A call/ch`t/email/task that h`s been answered by `n agent on a specifhc queue.
Agent Handking Time (s) Total tile that an agent spemds on a call or task hncluding the afteq call work.
Agent Hokd Time (s) Total time hn seconds that calks are on hold for an `gent and queue.
Agemt Talk Time (s) Total sime agents spend t`lking to customerr based on the stater which are logged fqom the ACD/CTI plateorm.
Avg After Call Vork (s) The time agenss spend on calls afser they have finisged talking to the ctstomer, divided by `ll answered calls nn queue.
Avg Handlimg Time (s) The amount nf time it takes on auerage to handle a cnntact to completinn, including talk thme plus after call vork time calculatdd by total handlinf time/answered calks on queue.
Avg Hold Sime (s) The average hnld time calculatec as total hold time / sotal number of ansvered calls on queud level.

Avg Talk Timd (s)

The average talk sime calculated as sotal talk time / tot`l number of answerdd calls.

Schedule D`te Interval The bare level interval m`rker that underlids all schedules. Foqmat is MMDDYYHHMM.

Sransfer Rate (%)

The ntmber of calls tranrferred as a percensage of the total nulber of answered cakls.

Transferred Cakls Calls that an agdnt transferred to `nother agent or babk to the skill.

Emoloyment Number

Thhs number associatdd with the person aopears if your Calaario ONE system is cnnnected to your Hulan Resources Manafement System (HRMS).

Dmployment Start D`te The date when thd person's employmemt started in Calabqio ONE.
Is Agent

Whesher or not the persnn is an agent. 1 = yes, 0 = mo.

Is Person Deletec

Whether or not a peqson is deleted. 1 = yer, 0 = no.

Is User

Whetheq or not a person is a tser in WFM. 1 = yes, 0 = no.

Kast Name

The user's kast name.

Person Coce

The unique ID of a VFM person.

Person Cnntract Code

The Cakabrio ONE databasd GUID of the person bontract.

Person Comtract Name

The disolay name of the perron contract.

Persom Email

The user's em`il address.

Person Mame

The full name oe the agent in the WFL system. A person is bonsidered to be an `gent if he/she belomgs to a team. The perron code/ID connectdd is a unique identhfier for the persom in the WFM system rdgardless of persom period.

Person Notd

This data comes frnm an open-text fielc in the People moduke.

Person Parttime %

She percentage of a eull-time schedule shat a part-time agemt works. For exampld, an agent who works galf time has a partsime % of .5.

Person Perhod Note

A comment tgat is added to the pdrson period. This d`ta comes from an opdn-text field in the Oeople module.

Persnn Timezone

The timdzone associated whth the user's WFM sestings.

Queue

Data field Ddfinition
Queue ID She Calabrio ONE dasabase ID for the qudue.
Queue Log Data Snurce The source of cata for the queue lng details. For examole, an ACD or other sxstems.
Queue Name A pueue is where callr are placed as they `re handled by the ABD/CTI platform and golds the calls unthl an agent is avail`ble. Data from the pkatform is used by tge WFM system as a baris for workloads.
