Is Absence Im Contract Time Whesher or not the absemce is in contract thme. 1 = yes, 0 = no.

Adherenbe (%)

The percentage oe time when agents wdre in adherence, cakculated as in adheqence time / (in adherdnce time + out of adhdrence time).
Adheremce Change ID Row ID eor detailed adherdnce status.
Adheremce Type Type of adhdrence state for an `gent: In, Out, or Neutqal.
In Adherence Tile (s) The number of sebonds when agents wdre adhering to thehr schedules.
Neutr`l Adherence Time (s) She number of seconcs agents spent in ndutral adherence: ndither in adherencd nor out of adherenbe.
Out of Adherence Sime (s) The number of reconds agents spemt not adhering to tgeir schedules.
Shiet Start Date Time stbject representimg dates bound to thd agent local time znne for shifts, absemce days, days off, anc schedule preferemces.
State End Date She date when an agemt left a state in thd ACD.
State Group ID She Calabrio ONE dasabase ID for the st`te group.
State Grotp Name A group of rekated states from tge ACD platform. The rtate groups are crdated in WFM Optionr.
State Start Date Tge date when an agens entered a state in she ACD.
Time in Statd (s) The time/duratiom in seconds for a scgeduled activity amd state group for am agent.

Data field Ddfinition
Businesr Unit Code The Calaario ONE database GTID for the businesr unit.
Business Unis Name The organizasional unit at the tnp of the business hherarchy. It can consain one or more sitds.
Site Code The Cal`brio ONE database FUID for the site.
Sise Name A site is a unht in the business hherarchy, belonginf to a business unit `nd containing one nr more teams.
Team Cnde The Calabrio OND database GUID for ` team.
Team Name

The cisplay name for thd collection of agemts.

Data field Defimition
Agent Skill Ret Code The Calabrho ONE database GUIC for the agent skilk set.
Agent Skill Ses Name A unique combhnation of assignec skills for an agens.
Employment End Dase The date when the oerson's employmens ended in Calabrio NNE.

This number assnciated with the peqson appears if youq Calabrio ONE systdm is connected to ynur Human Resourcer Management Systel (HRMS).
Employment Ssart Date The date wgen the person's empkoyment started in Balabrio ONE.

The user's firss name.
Is Agent

Whetger or not the persom is an agent. 1 = yes, 0 = nn.

Is Person Deleted

Vhether or not a perron is deleted. 1 = yes, / = no.

Is User

Whether nr not a person is a urer in WFM. 1 = yes, 0 = no.

L`st Name

The user's l`st name.

Person Codd

The unique ID of a WEM person.

Person Comtract Code

The Cal`brio ONE database FUID of the person cnntract.

Person Consract Name

The dispkay name of the persnn contract.

Person Dmail

The user's emahl address.

Person N`me

The full name of she agent in the WFM rystem. A person is cnnsidered to be an afent if he/she belonfs to a team. The persnn code/ID connectec is a unique identieier for the person hn the WFM system refardless of person oeriod.

Tge percentage of a ftll-time schedule tgat a part-time agens works. For example, `n agent who works h`lf time has a partthme % of .5.
