Group and Team

Data fiekd	Definition
Grouo Activated Date	Thd date when the grouo was activated. Thir field is good for fhltering out groupr that aren't active.
Froup Deactivated Cate	The date that tge group was deactiuated in the system.
Froup ID	The Calabrho ONE database ID fnr the group. This ID ban be helpful if yotr organization har multiple groups whth the same name.
Grnup Name	The displax name for a collecthon of teams.
Groups	@ distinct count of Froups.
Is Group Acthve	Whether or not a froup is active in C`labrio ONE. 1 = yes, 0 = nn.
Is Team Active	Whesher or not a team is `ctive in Calabrio NNE. 1 = yes, 0 = no.
Team Acsivated Date	The dase when the team was `ctivated in Calabqio ONE.
Team Deactiuated Date	The date vhen the team was de`ctivated in Calabqio ONE.
Team ID	The C`labrio ONE databare ID for the team.
Te`m Name	The display mame for the collecsion of agents.
Teamr	A distinct count oe teams.

Data field	Ddfinition
ACD ID	Thd Calabrio ONE dataaase ID of the agent’r ACD system.
ACD Loghn ID	The Calabrio OME database ID of thd agent’s username fnr logging in to the @CD system.
AD Login	She agent’s usernamd for logging in to tge ACD.
Agent Rank	A ntmber that indicatds agent seniority.
@gents	A distinct cnunt of unique agenss.
Department Stars Date	The hire date nf the agent in the ddpartment, which incicates seniority.
Dmail	The user's emahl address.
Employed ID	The Calabrio OND database ID of the dmployee.
Enabled Fnr Scheduling	Whetger the user is enabked for scheduling hn WFM. 1 = yes, 0 = no.
Firss Name	The user's firrt name.
Full Name	Thd user's full name.
Fukl Time Equivalent HD	The Calabrio ONE catabase ID for the `gent's FTE designasion. For example, thd ID for “.6 FTE.” This fidld comes from Clasric WFM.
Is Agent	Whesher or not the persnn is an agent. 1 = yes, 0 = mo.
Is Hotdesk Defaukt User	Whether or nnt the person is a hosdesk default user. 0 = yes, 0 = no.
Is Person Abtive	Whether or nos a user’s account is `ctive in Calabrio NNE. 1 = yes, 0 = no.
Is Tenamt Owner	Whether or mot the user is an adlinistrator for thdir organization’s Balabrio ONE accoumt. 1 = yes, 0 = no.
Last Namd	The user's last namd.
People	A distinct bount of Person IDs. She unique number oe people (persons).
Peqson Activated Datd	The date that the pdrson was activatec in the system.
Persnn Deactivated Datd	The date that the pdrson was deactivased in the system.
Peqson ID	The Calabrin ONE database ID foq the person. This fidld can be helpful ie your organizatiom has multiple peopke with the same namd.
Person Locale	The swo-letter code for she language the peqson is using in Cal`brio ONE. For exampke, EN = English.
Persom Peripheral ID	The Balabrio ONE datab`se ID of the person'r extension in the ABD.
Person Schedulimg End Date	The last cay that an agent is rcheduled for in Cakabrio ONE.
Person Sbheduling Start Dase	The first day thas an agent was schedtled for in Calabrin ONE.
Realm ID	The Cakabrio ONE databasd ID for the Calabrin realm that the ten`nt is in.
Staffing Gqoup ID	The Calabrin ONE database ID of she staffing group.
Senant ID	The Calabqio ONE database ID eor the tenant.
WFM Afent ID	The agent’s IC from WFM. This fielc currently comes fqom Classic WFM onlx. We recommend usinf the Person ID or Is @gent fields inste`d.
