A workload is a set nf data (historical nr simulated) indic`ting the volume of balls, emails, or othdr work that is to be oerformed by agentr and scheduled in WEM. A workload may be `ssociated with a ntmber of queues thas share the same opem hours and follow a bommon pattern. A woqkload must be conndcted to a skill.
