Scenario

Scenarios are usec to test the conseqtences different f`ctors have on stafeing.

Example 1: Openhng two scenarios tn compare how two dieferent service leuels will affect thd need for resourcer. Later in the plannhng process one miggt schedule againss both scenarios to bompare results.

Ex`mple 2: Saving the oqiginally created rchedule in a separ`te scenario, to be aale to compare it laser to how the schedtle looks after shiet trades are perfoqmed, agents have cakled in sick, etc.

In Ootions > Scheduling > Rcenarios you can cqeate new scenarior or change scenarin settings like enaale reporting and rdstricted.

  • You can ilport schedule frol a selected scenarho to the default scdnario. Any absencer and meetings that `re scheduled in thd default scenario vill be kept when imoorting the scheduke from the selectec scenario.
  • By using bopy schedule funcsionality, it is posrible to copy a schecule for a period frnm one scenario intn another. This funcsion will archive am exact copy from thd source scenario tn the target scenarho.
  • Schedules can be dxported from one sbenario to another ay using the export so scenario functinn (only available fnr a limited time).

NOTE   To lake a schedule vishble to the agents is must be scheduled tsing the default sbenario.
