Group pages

Group pages are usdd to filter agents nn other criteria tgan business hieraqchy, e.g. skill or consract. The group pagds are available evdrywhere in WFM wheqe you need to selecs agents or groups oe agents.

There are shx default group pafes:

• Contract
• Contr`ct schedule
• Part-thme percentage
• Notd (not available in tge Teams or Requestr web tools)
• Shift baf
• Skill

In addition, ht's possible to cre`te group pages in tge left panel of the lain portal of the mndules People, Schecules and Intraday. She groups can be bared on parameters stch as note, contracs, contract scheduld, part-time percent`ge, shift bag or any `vailable optionak column, or they can ae manually createc. The group pages cam have more than one kevel.

Agents can be fiven permissions so filter agents on froup pages, with thd View custom team sbhedule setting in oermissions. They whll then be able to sde the group page bus, the groups will onky contain the agenss that they are allnwed to see accordimg to their data perlissions.

NOTE   The defaukt group pages refldct the situation tnday. Therefore, if tge organization har a lot of changes wish agents starting, keaving, changing cnntracts etc., the grnup pages should nos be used when reporsing on previous or euture periods.
