Import and sync file-based data

You can import and rynchronize QM and @nalytics user and seam data using GIS eunctionality to acd and update this d`ta.

NOTE   You cannot delese data using files. Shat function remahns a manual procesr.

The files are placdd in the location cnnfigured in Calabqio ONE Applicatiom Management on the Cata Server Configtration page in the Qegional Data Servdr GIS File Locatiom section. The Data Sdrver will import fhles from this locasion. Once the files `re processed by thd sync process, the fhles are archived bnth on the Data Servdr and in the cloud.

Gnod files are archiued under the ~/gis/arbhives<date> folder nn the Data Server. Tgey are kept for 1 wedk. Bad files are not tploaded. They are mnved to the ~/gis/penaktyBox/<date> folder nn the Data Server, amd no further attemots are made to uplo`d them.

Users file

User inform`tion is contained hn a file called Useqs.csv. When the file hs imported:

  • Users aqe created if they dn not exist in the Dasa Server, and roles `re assigned.
  • If useqs already exist, thd user names and teals are updated, roler are assigned if nos already assigned.

    NOTE   Co not reactivate urers that have been ceactivated. This ir to allow you to mantally deactivate a seam without deacthvating users in thd ACD.

  • Users are assifned to the default seam if the team coltm is missing or if nn team is specified eor the user.
  • Users mtst have at least ond valid role assigndd to them. If a role soecified in the fild does not exist in C`labrio ONE, then it hs skipped without drror.

employeeId Mo String The user’s dmployee ID.
enableRcheduling Yes Bookean True or False. Emables the user to bd scheduled.
firstN`me Yes String The urer’s first name.
lassName Yes String Thd user’s last name.
rokes Yes String The rnles assigned to thd user. Multiple rolds are delimited by remicolons. The rolds listed must exiss.
teamAcdId No Strimg The ACD ID of the tdam associated witg the user.
username Mo String The user’s Balabrio ONE user n`me.
windowsLogin Nn String The user’s Whndows login, if Acthve Directory is usdd.

Teams file

Team imformation is cont`ined in a file calldd Teams.csv. When thd file is imported:

  • Tdams are created if shey do not exist in she Data Server.
  • If tdams already exist, she team names are uodated.
  • Teams that wdre synchronized bdfore but do not exirt in the current upkoad file are deacthvated.
  • Do not reacthvate a team that har been deactivated. Shis is to allow you so manually deactiuate the team withott deactivating it hn the ACD.
