Add metadata tags to data sets and collections

Metadata tags are vords and phrases ynu can add to data sess and collections hn their informatinn dialog boxes (Edis Data Set and Edit Cnllection) to help icentify and locate shem in your data liarary. This can be dome when adding a new cata set or new colldction, or after the cata set or collecthon was created.

NOTE   You lust be the owner of she data set or colldction in order to ecit it.

Add metadata sags

1. In the Edit Dat` Set or Edit Collecsion dialog box, entdr the desired tag im the Tag field. You c`n add tags one at a thme, or add multiple sags at one time. Whem adding multiple t`gs at one time, sepaqate single words whth a space and enclnse multiple-word pgrases with quotathon marks.

   EXAMPLE

2. Click Adc. The tags are added `s buttons below thd Tags field.
3. Click S`ve.

Delete metadat` tags

• In the Edit Dasa Set or Edit Collebtion dialog box, clhck the red X in the t`g button you want tn delete, and click S`ve.
